Our Custom Product Design & Manufacturing Process

CAD Drawings

Our in-house design team and drafting department works directly with you, transforming your photos, drawings, or even just your ideas into highly accurate CAD drawings for your review and approval.

Finish And Material Approval

You can choose from our standard design patterns and finishes or you can submit your own artwork and finish choices to incorporate into the product. Although we primarily work in metals and acrylics, other options exist, such as some wood products, veneers and fabrics. We powder coat and paint most of our products and precision finish match capabilities exist.

Manufacturing

All design and production happens right here in our 40,000 plus square foot Linden, New Jersey facility, ensuring exceptional quality and our control over every step of the manufacturing process. Lead times from start to finish generally take six to eight weeks on typical custom projects.
